Mission: Sock'n It! - Our mission is to protect the feet of displaced, transient, and unsheltered men, women, children, youth and veterans experiencing homelessness with new socks, flop-flops and much needed foot care items. Follow us on Instagram @contactsockit.

Target demographics: Primarily individuals, families and veterans experiencing homelessness whether in shelters or rough living on the streets. Homeless individuals have a higher prevalence of mental illness than the general population. It is estimated that 20-25% of homeless individuals have a mental illness.

Direct beneficiaries per year: Unsheltered individuals; women, men, youth and children in shelters; hurricane evacuees; wildfire evacuees, women shelters, individuals living on the street; our overflow was delivered across the nation & to Puerto Rico & Virgin Islands after devastating hurricanes.

Geographic areas served: Gulf Coast states primarily and in homeless communities across the nation with our Sock Ambassadors.

Programs: Providing new socks & flip-flops to those who need them the most.
