I am 6'3 190lb with a 32 waist. I find a size medium to be a perfect fit. A size large would slip off in water and after extended life of the product. A size small leaves compression marks.I have been wearing these for 20 years as an undergarment and running/swimwear.Previous iterations were silkier, more durable, and cheaper. The current price matches inflation well, considering most groceries and products are now 400-600 more than they were 10 years ago with pay remaining the same. However, the quality has been reduced while the price rises. It would be nice if businesses would retain product quality and just increase the price rather than cut corners as much as possible creating an inferior product in order to retain profit.I'll buy more in the future, but sadly the product's value will continue to decrease.
