I purchased these for my daughter who, like her momma, is a little thick. She didn't fit any of the little girl sizes that the cheer coach was ordering so I ordered these myself. I ordered her a Medium and she wears a size 8/9 jeans. They fit her perfectly and she cheers comfortably in them.

I absolutely love these shorts. In fact, I love them so much that I ordered two more pair a couple weeks after I ordered my first two. I wear tight-fitting, yoga-type shorts to exercise/do CrossFit, but I needed some relaxed-fit, comfortable shorts to wear around the house. These are perfect for that! And I think they're pretty cute too. I highly recommend these. I could wear them all day, everyday and be happy. True to size.

ugh i love soffe shorts ! i'm in my mid-20s and used to wear these in middle school for dance and lounge, so these bring back memories i never knew i had ! i'm 5'2 and 92lbs and got a junior size S. they fit exactly as expected- a little big on the waist (i'm a size 22/23 for jeans) and i could definitely do an XS but i sized up knowing these shrink a good amount in the wash and dryer- which they did. if you plan to wash and dry these on high heat, 100 get a size up or two because they shrink at least a whole size both in the waist and length. i'm short but if i were any taller, half my butt would be showing(': they do fit exactly like i wanted them to though- short, semi-fitted (but not uncomfortable), and soft ! would recommend again and again !

These shorts are a classic and my favorite for lounging around or working out. Bought these for my daughter in middle school. She will use them for pep squad. Bought the small and they fit her great. True to size a perfect length not too short and long enough. She wore them to dance class on top of her tights as soon as she opened the package she loved them. :)

These are your standard cheer shorts. I like them because they're nice for bedtime, just running errands around town, and working out. I bought them because my 20 year old highschool ones were starting to give out. I like them but the cut is different than the really old ones lol. I preferred the shorter angled cut on the old ones, as these are a little longer. The are not too thin or see through. They seem to stand up to washing and drying alright so far, it's been a few months. No shrinking or stray threads. Overall I'm pleased and will definitely be ordering other colors.
