Comfortable and fits well. I was concerned about the waist band digging in and causing even more of a muffin top but it doesn't do that.

I have one Sophie shorts in years. Always found them to be very comfortable so I thought I'd buy two pair and see how They would fit. I'm short and chubby and love the fit and the length.

I've worn Soffe shorts since high school and they are the best of the best for lazy days lol. You can roll them up or down to fit your waist better OR if you like the high waisted look/feel, just wear them as is. You always want to order one size down because they're a little large. For example, I wear size 18 pants. I'm a fluffy girl. Most would say to order a 2X, but I only ordered a 1X. Fits perfectly and is large enough to where if it shrinks from the dryer (I recommend drying these on low heat!) they won't be too small. Always wash in cold water and hang dry if possible. Perfect for summer :)!

Ladies don't hesitate.. I'm a heavier woman all the shorts for big girls are long these are actually shorts not to short not to long!! I ordered 3x I wear a 20-22 there is plenty of room in them

These are fantastic and fit exactly as I expected them to. Just like the ones I wore as a teenager same comfort just more length in my opinion.
