I like these XL shorts for daily stretching and exercise over cotton boxer-briefs. Comfortable and flexible.I also wear them without underwear for sleeping and lounging. Roomy easy fit. Wash with other colored cotton clothes and dry in lightest dryer setting.

Soffe Men's Classic Cotton Pocket Shorts are a quality product. Tried other brands but they weren't nearly as comfortable. The key to the Soffe brand --- covered elastic waistband. They don't rub you wrong or roll over. Will always buy and recommend.

I'm on my 3rd pair (in several years). Shorts like these, made of heavy cotton, are hard to find nowadays. (Some of the colors might be a blend instead of 100 cotton, I have black and dark blue.)

I purchased a pair of these Soffe as well as a pair of cotton Russell shorts to compare. The Soffe are far superior in construction, comfort, fit, and value. Stay away from the cheaply made Russell shorts. The Soffe are the way to go. I wear these shorts most every day to work out. They are well made.

The Soffe pocket shorts are great, and thicker than the super-thin ones from other brands. The pockets of these pocket shorts could definitely be deeper though, they're not deep enough. I looked at a lot of gym shorts before settling on these.
