Mission: Some exists to help the poor and homeless by providing for immediate needs of food, clothing, healthcare and long-term needs of affordable housing, job training, addiction treatment and counseling.

Programs: A. Affordable housing services- during 2017, some and its affiliates provided long term affordable housing for 499 single adults and 141 families including 251 children. Some's housing provided supportive services for the residents to help them build on their strengths and achieve greater independence.

b. Addiction treatment and mental health services- during 2017, some provided addiction treatment and recovery services to 545 individuals including pre- and post- residential and continuing addiction care programs. Some also provided mental health treatment to 275 men and women in residential psychiatric crisis and transitional programs. Some's day socialization center provided empowerment, support and care to 218 homeless adults.

health services- during 2017, some's medical clinic provided services for 7,576 patient visits; the dental clinic performed 7,246 procedures and the behavioral health services team provided 14,764 addiction, mental health and social services visits. The clinics provided quality comprehensive preventive and chronic disease management to their patients.
