Mission: SEASPAR's mission is to provide dynamic programs and quality recreation services for people with disabilities residing in our twelve community service areas. It is our vision to: Discover Abilities, Achieve Potential, and Realize Dreams. SEASPAR was founded with and continues to operate with the following core values: Fun, Excellence, Service, Respect, and Accountability.

Target demographics: Residents of all ages with any disabilities.

Geographic areas served: SEASPAR’s service areas include the park districts of Clarendon Hills, Darien, Downers Grove, La Grange, La Grange Park, Lemont, Lisle, Westmont, and Woodridge, and the villages of Brookfield, Indian Head Park, and Western Springs. Anyone residing in those incorporated entities may participate in our programs.

Programs: Year-round therapeutic recreation programming for all ages and disabilities, including weekly programs, special events, day camps, Special Olympics training, adapted sports for individuals with physical disabilities, the Wonders Multi-Sensory Room for individuals with sensory disorders, the EAGLES adult life skills enrichment program, a Drop In Center for individuals with mental health needs, the Home Front Health program for veterans in Downers Grove and Lemont, and cooperative programs with local schools, nursing homes, group homes, and more.
