Mission: To provide human shelter for homeless and lost cats and dogs, provide affordable spay/neuter and healthy pet services, encourage adoptions, and educate the comunity about responsible pet ownership.

Direct beneficiaries per year: over 5,000 pets find health, happiness, and loving homes.

Programs: Southern pines has continued to increase adoptions and transport programs. During 2017 4559 animals were transported to areas that had more adoption options than the south ms area. In addition, southern pines continues to increase adoption programs through adoption events, specials, and community outreach. We have achieved and maintained the status of a no kill shelter.
