Mission: Administration of federal, state, and local programs for the benefit of the senior citizens in the community
Programs: Local senior services including: title iiib - supportive services program enables older adults to access services that address functional limitations, promote socialization, continued health and independence, and protect elder rights. Wssb (wyoming senior services board) - appropriates funding to eligible senior centers to provide services and meet the needs of older adults.
local services - senior citizen center that that promotes socialization for senior citizens 60 years of age and older in marbleton, big piney and surrounding areas. Services include lunches, home delivery lunches, activities, pool tables, exercise room, bowling, card games, puzzles, lending closet for medical equipment, computers, lending library, socialization. Funding comes from the county and towns, donations and small fundraising events.
other - includes: programs related directly to transportation of elderly in the community. Receipt and management of funds received as memorials for specific purposes.
