Mission: To promote the general welfare of citizens with developmental disabilities including the provision of day habilitation services, supported employment services (sheltered workshop), attendant services, long-term personal care services, and elderly and disabled adult services.

Programs: To provide day habilitation services and supported employment services (sheltered workshop) for approximately 42 clients with developmental disabilities for approximately 240 days annually

to provide in-home assistance with activities of daily living including food preparation, bathing, toileting, laundry, housekeeping, social skills and transportation assistance to approximately 16 clients.
