I bought this to use in cheese making. it was fair in taste but i thought it would be A-stronger and B- perhaps sweeter is the word im looking for. i dont know it just tasted kinda weak and floury. I added it to a batch of chedder so we will have to wait and see how it turns out. I have high hopes

I had this years ago and could not find it when I ran out. Found this Company, ordered it and love it. Perfect for adding to soups, dips or sauces when you want a bit of a kick with out the effects of peppers. Works perfect in beef barley soup.
