I've added this to eggs. And cheddar cup ramen years ago they had the cheddar and jalapeno ramen in a cup no longer see. It does not real strong flavor it's more for convenience for me I wouldn't substitute it for say making salsa fresh unless you're in a hurry it's handy but I don't use so much I put in a old spice container and hang it with my spices.

The flavor is spot on and not to spicy. I make spicy roasted peanuts and they are perfect with the right amount of heat.

I've tried a jalepeno spicy margarita and found out the way to add extra spice, was to use this powder. I can control how spicy I make it.

This jalapeo powder is a very good substitute if you don't have fresh jalapeos. I use it in cornbread for a spicy kick. A little goes a long way. It's pretty spicy.
