Forget medium hot--it's hot,period. I used it to make a chocolate jalapeno gelato. Came out terrific.

I don't buy pepper in too many varieties. Im tired of being robbed in the grocery store. Tasted a small bit. It was hot and sweet. Nice. I can't have sugar in my diet, but I can have spice. I also purchased the 3pk with guarjillo ,anchor, and arbol, plus Morita. Good product.

Really nice product, so easier then carrying peppers around.I got this to add to my spice kit for kayak and bike camping. So, I can't wait to use it in my camping recipes.Great and tasty product for tasty food.

There was a hole in the package and of course there was jalapeo dust everywhere inside the box, including the other three items in the box. And I turns out it's not refundable or replaceable. So I'm stuck with the bag that has already lost some of its contents. And the bag it came in is no longer good for storing it.

I bought this to be able to add jalapeo flavor and heat to my cooking without having to always use fresh jalapeos. This can conveniently be added on to chicken or fish which is really nice and different than store bought cayenne. The heat level is great, the flavor is excellent. I've nearly used half of the pouch in the month I've had it.Just try not to breathe in the fine powder, you'll sneeze!

have tried 5 different chile powders from amazing chiles, everyone a top notch. i like to blend my own pepper spices i use it on just about everything . no salt. amazing chile spice allows me to try different peppers that i cant find at my grocer. great product! my pepper blend makes a good rub too.

I love the flavor of this powder. It does have some heat too. The grind is very fine. I use it for cooking. I put some in a small sifter and use it as a table pepper too. I'll sprinkle it on almost anything! I will buy this again in the future.
