Mission: Spring Mountain Benefit Corp. is a nonprofit corporation organized and operated exclusively for charitable purposes. The purpose of this non-profit is to provide community development assistance to the Spring Mountain neighborhood. Our philosophy includes self-help, self-development, and infusion into the economy of the community. Activities include micro-investments, business services, and community resident direct assistance.

We have enabled local businesses to make money from tourists who stay at the Villa. In some instances, when unforseen events have occured, we have provided funds to help with home repairs, electricity costs, and adult medical expenses.
