Mission: The mission of st. John's lutheran hospital foundation is to support cabinet peaks medical center in its mission to provide quality, compassionate care through the development of public support and the expansion of fundraising efforts.

Programs: Fundraising efforts for the new hospital building campaign resulted in pledged and/or received gifts in the amount of approximately $11,579.This included monthly pledge payments. The campaign has reached its goal of $2,000,000, and we are no longer accepting new pledges. All pledge payments are expected to be in, and the account closed in the following fiscal year. Fundraising efforts for the mission fund campaign resulted in received gifts in the amount of approximately $22,706.The foundation's playing for fundsies golf tournament raised $21,492 for the foundation's mission fund in fy'17 the mission fund campaign has since ended, and we are re-focusing our efforts on our permanent endowment fund. Fundraising efforts for the permanent endowment fund resulted in received gifts in the amount of $64,567.The foundation's festival gala raised $61,183 for the foundation endowment in fy'17.

through the foundation's paint it pink program, the foundation will pay for individuals to receive mammograms, and also for the detection and treatment of breast cancer for the people of lincoln county. In fy'17 $8,550 was raised for the program. As a note, no money is gifted to the individuals who receive free mammograms, rather, the hospital bill is sent to the foundation and the foundation pays the hospital directly for services rendered.
