My wife and I both got one for ourselves. This is designed to help us maintain our balance as we age. I am a large man and this works well even for me. Definitely worth the money.

I have been using the same item at physical therapy, but I see faster response by having the pad at home.After all, you go there twice a week only.

I was in PT for a foot/ankle/tendon issue. They had me using this and I thought I'd buy one for home - as well as some other things like a balance and slant board. Anyway, it's great to work on balance and strength. Blue is the medium and green is beginner level. Recommend.

I had physical therapy for my back after hip replacement surgery. I used the same Theraband pad there and purchased one continue to use it at home for balance exercise.

This exactly as advertised, a intermediate Stability Trainer Pad. I wish I had bought two to enable me to do additional exercises. Once I'm ready I will definitely order two advanced stability pads

This is exactly like the one used to rehab my ankle. Now that I have been released from physical therapy, this stability trainer is an important part of my exercise program at home to keep my ankle strong. Highly recommend.
