This bed was the best decision we ever made. Our daughter's room is so small her old bed took up the whole room, so she had no where else to put her toys stuffed animals. The desk underneath the bunk is the smartest idea ever she loves hanging out in her room now. She enjoys doing her homework she doesn't ever complain like she used to. I can't get her to ever leave her room. She got it for her birthday she said it was the best birthday present ever. I don't feel nervous climbing up there myself, it holds my weight feels sturdy! It seemed pricey to me, but definitely worth it in my opinion! We got the twin size I feel like it fits the room perfectly isn't too big for her small room or too small for her. 10/10

This is a great bed for the price in my opinion. The bed is sturdy and doesn't wobble; make sure to take the extra time to tighten all the parts. That being said, I am 5 foot and 90 lbs. soaking wet. What may be sturdy for me might not be for you; I haven't tested someone larger on it yet.The one downside is the ladder is very small. Where you put your foot doesn't have a lot of surface area. I have yet to fall but I do have to pay pretty close attention when I go up and down. I almost immediately bought glow in the dark stars to put on the steps and side of the ladder so I can see where I'm going. Those help immensely and I recommend you do the same. I can imagine it's VERY easy to fall in the dark.You can choose whether the ladder is on the left or right, which is something that isn't made abundantly clear on the listing. HOWEVER, the wooden roll up supports under the bed are not long enough to cover the entirety of the bottom length wise. Whichever way you choose to have it be flush against, your ladder will need to be on the OPPOSITE side, because it won't have room to screw in. This is not made clear in the instructions. Learned that the hard way and it's just too much work to justify unscrewing.I would take the extra time and organize the screws and nails in piles with labels on which one they are. I almost used the wrong pieces multiple times, and that saved me a lot of time. This may also be why people ended up with wobbly beds; they might have used the wrong screws on certain parts because they are very similar. Just a guess. Took 6-7 hours to assemble but I'm not really good with following instructions and was tired from the airport.Also I'm not sure the listing made clear the dimensions of each of the shelves. It's 14.75 inches (height) x 15 (Tall) inches of storage space for each one.

My problem is with support if anything happens to bed frame or in my case the ladder steps were cracked and broke within my warranty .. .you're out of luck I sent them everything they asked for via email pictures included and never heard back still 1 year later sad

Took 2 great grandparents 2 hours to lay out rails, etc. and label all parts in their own bags with their part numbers so we could tell the bolts and other pieces apart. Then 3 hours the next day and it was finished! Our 4 year old great granddaughter loves it! She came home after a weekend with her other grandparents and the first thing she said when she opened her door was 'wowza'. It was a surprise! It's sturdy and she has no trouble going up and down the ladder. Glad we bought it!

I like the layout of the bed and color. However quality seems questionable. It says can hold about 400 pounds. But im 150 pounds and going up the ladder i thought i would break it. Also bed wobbles as you try to get comfortable to sleep on top, also when you go up the ladder. You can shake it with one hand. I also purchase the desk and these issues are with the extra support of the desk screwed in on one side. Wish I would have put the money towards a better quality bed.

This bed is very nice and my 7 year old is loving it. My only wish is that the ladder could lift away. I thought it could, based on the description, but no.

Hubby took about 3hrs start to finish building by himself while I kept the kids distracted! Its pretty sturdy, I felt ok climbing up to hang a couple pictures and make her bed. We added the curtains and lights. She freaked out when she saw it and cant wait to sleep in it tonight!

Frustratingly time consuming...Pretty sturdy, but does wobble a little bit. One of the wooden pieces was mislabeled too. Screws aren't labeled. Recieved a bowed bed leg too... Hopefully it doesn't ruin the integrity of the bed over time.

The instructions do not specify that the middle bar is not needed if you are setting up the desk. Besides that the bed is really nice and its safe. For the price is a great buy. Make sure to buy a 5"-6" low profile mattress to have enough rail safety.

It's been about two months now and my daughter and I love this bed. She is four and a confident climber, and I have my full size bed underneath in an L shape in case she tips over the rail. I wouldn't recommend this bed for that age unless you have this set up and you're child is confident climbing up and down ladders by themselves. I bought this kind of bed for that exact reason, I wanted the L shape so she could have her own bed without loosing space in our shared room. I love the bookcase feature, and the reason a full size fits underneath is because you can put the ladder on any long side you want, so I put it in front of the book case. My bed fits just fine underneath with a few inches clearance on each side.I am more than confident with furniture assembly, It took me a whole day to build by myself. I wish the screws were clearly labeled because some of them look very similar in the instructions. It's helpful to look at the part number and pay attention to the quantity they give, then label them accordinglythat will help you differentiate between which screws to use. YOU WILL NEED A RUBBER MALLET AND DRILL OR IMPACT. There are braces and slats that don't have predrilled holes for the screws. It is in the instructions, but not in a very noticeable spot.There is definitely an off gassing which my asthma didn't like at all, it lasted maybe a week. I felt like I was breathing in wood dust. But once that went away I haven't had any issues. Wiping all the pieces down to remove dust might help with that, idk.I saw people complain about sturdiness, this bed is as sturdy as it gets for a loft bed, as long as you're putting it together properly it's not going to come crashing down and it doesn't feel like an earth quake every time you climb in the bed. It's going to move, that's normal.Overall I couldn't be happier with my purchase. It saves space, provides extra storage, is sturdy, and my kid isn't kicking me in the back anymore. It's a win all around. I'd buy it again.

We live in an apartment and my niece's room was starting to become extremely cluttered and feel smaller than ever with her old bed and all her toys. She recently turned 4 and we decided to upgrade her to a "big girl" bed. We searched for a while through a bunch of beds and landed on this one, and We are extremely glad we did! It took a few hours to assemble, as I did it alone and procrastinated a lot but once complete, it was perfect! It is very sturdy and saves so much space around her room for all her toys and extras!

if you have wood floors you should get the high loft wraparound desk.because the high loft bookcase is so shaky.

I was scared from other reviews about assembly, but if you're remotely handy and have ever built any other piece of furniture, it's pretty easy to do. I honestly thought the instructions were some of the better ones I've ever seen. Do lay out your hardware first. I was able to do it by myself with the mostly the tools provided with a 2 year old and 4 year old trying to help the whole time. Works best to have a lot of space to build. Looks great once complete!

I was so happy with the quality of this loft bed. All pieces we accounted for and it took around 2.5 hours to assemble. Instructions were clear. This is a very sturdy bed and I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Worth the price for sure.

This product is decent, its kind of wobbly when walking up but I want everyone to know right now that this is an absolute nightmare to build, the instructions are just pictures and the screws they give you arent labeled or anything so its just a guessing game.

Bought for our daughter. Came with a broken part. Contacted them and they immediately sent new part. My daughter loves it and it is beautiful and sturdy. Highly recommend.

When the bed arrived in on long box that was not extremely heavy I had a little concern. I could not be happier with the bed. I would normally build this myself but did not due to lack of time. I could not have built this nice of a bed for the cost.

There was a lot of pieces but it was all laid out evenly And with fairly easy to put together, Took about 2 and a 1/2 hours.
