This is a nice lantern its a little on the expensive side and batteries are a little difficult to put in at first but it is definitely 2000 lumin it will light up the whole room for sure.

Yes it is 2000...not 500 like one has said... If I need another I would purchase from here.. I paid 10 bucks more from Macy's.. Love it.
