So far there's nothing that dislike about him. They're easy to use. They look great in the Palm Garden and I haven't had a problem with rusting even with this tropical weather. This is one of the best things I bought for the garden. I ended up buying four of them.

Got this solely to turn it into an LED lantern for the back deck. I used a flickering LED out of a orange jack-o-lantern light, wired it to a switch that I installed into the oil fill spout area, cut out a small rectangle underneath for a dual AA battery container, and covered that with a round electrical cover. I can't wait for summer so I can sit on my back deck and leave this out there adding just a tad bit of candle like light to the ambiance.

Decided I'd like to have a source of dependable back-up light. Storms and power outages are so crazy lately. Had an antique one years ago but left it for the new owners when I sold the house it was in. This one is a great medium size and quite nice looking too. Super value.

My son was fascinated with oil lamps so we got this one to play around with. We have already burned through the wick that came with it. I got 30 feet of new 1/2 wick (ASIN B08PJS864C) for $8 and it was very easy to install a new section of wick and get the lantern running again. So far after at least 10 hours of use we are having no problems at all. It is not the beefiest or best made lantern but for $5 it has proved to be a great value.

If this lantern didn't leak it would be a decent one. However, like so many other reviews state, the bottom crimp leaks fuel. I am going to try and clean it up and run solder around the seam.

Have not filled and lighted. I have had these leak oil. It seems OK. A bit flimsy. Expected heavier gauge metal. I have had Stansport products before and have been satisfied that is why I bought this lantern. The price was reasonable at $9.00. Hope I never need it and its just decoration. Delivered well packaged and quickly. Thank you.
