I was a little worried but it's taste was excellent. I bought a can of chicken breast, added onion, miracle whip and it was just as good and cheaper.

I see a lot of grumbling reviews, but I personally quite like these. For a quick lunch, you can stir them in rice or cauliflower rice with some wilted spinach or broccoli and it's tasty! Also good on toasted dark breads, rusks, or Wasa crackers. I don't eat them on their own.

I used 3 packets of zesty lemon pepper chicken with about 3/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup dill relish, a half tablespoon of dried dill weed, a teaspoon of onion powder, and pink Himalayan salt to taste, mixed it all up and had the yummiest chicken salad sandwiches ever. Bam !!! Lunch in minutes and very wallet friendly!

Im on a bariatric diet and I can only have 3 oz of food since my gastric sleeve. They meet my requirements and the taste reminds me of chicken and dumplings without the dumplings. Gave my a break from tuna .

I love the Buffalo chicken salad. To me, it has a mild spicy flavor with a hint of sweetness. I eat it straight from pack. It’s great for work since I’m a driver.

Perfect for getting your protein in the go. Low calories. I didn't realize until I opened them that they're already premixed with mayo. Iwhen I'm in a rush I eat these right out of the package with a fork.
