So easy to make lunch now

This would have tasted a lot better if they used real barbecue sauce.

I use these as a low calorie lunch, with Romaine lettuce, on whole wheat adding red grapes. Delish

Best if put it in fridge so it's cold, but doesn't need refrigerator. Buy this , bagels and lettuce and you have lunch.

Tastes like chicken salad! I would recommend refrigerating it because it tastes better cold but to each their own. Not much in the pouch, so you might need more than one of you're hungry. Good for kids though!

I recently tried this wonderful little item from StarKist, and I was very pleased! The chicken salad within these pouches tastes fantastic, and I found the product to be very easy to use! it is perfect for moments when you want a quick bite of something tasty, but you may not have a lot of time! I am planning to order more of them.

I love chicken salad, but I do not feel like preparing my own and ones from the deli are too expensive. This chicken salad tastes as good as most from the deli and the price is very reasonable. A couple slices of bread, some lettuce and a tomato and you are all set to go. Inexpensive, convenient and delicious.

I love chicken salad...all types...so I really liked this too. Is it as good as my homemade chicken salad? No, but I'm buying it for the convenience. It makes a great lunch or snack. When I haven't planned ahead, I grab one of these pouches, some crackers, cut up veggies, and I've got a good tasting, convenient, high protein lunch. Give it a try!

I absolutely love these chicken packets - the 4.5oz is a perfect snack, low carb and low calorie. I'm a baby when it comes to hot stuff, but the buffalo flavor is just perfect.

I see that many have stated that they like the tuna but this smells like cat food . What I can't understand is that their tuna is not high quality at all , and if anything is like cat good it certainly is . As I said , the tuna used in this company's flavored packets is of very low quality and in my opinion the flavors are definitely needed to disguise the poor quality of the tuna . I am used to eating Starkist Albacore Tuna which is very high quality and is definitely worth the extra cost over their Chunk Light , which is , again in my opinion, not even the quality of many cat foods . Actually my cats will sniff it and walk away . This , compared to their tuna packs , is good . It has a small amount of celery which gives it a crunch , but not much . The chicken is all white . It contains some type of a vegetable gum such as gar gum which doesn't need to be in it , but it has no taste , only makes it a little thicker . I assume it has mayonnaise, and this should be the only thickener . All things considered it is far superior to their tuna , which many reviews state is so good , but please try it for yourself and get the larger size which makes a nice size sandwich. The smaller size only has 10 grams of protein and the larger has 17. If you put it on a good whole grain bread you have a decent meal or snack . Your body can only process about 25-30 grams of protein at a time and any excess could add fat and weight . Don't take my word for it about how much protein you can process at one time , look it up . Try and Google it .
