I have bought these individual packages in many flavors of tuna fish. First time I tried the chicken salad and it is really good. It is also cheaper this way than buying at Walmart. Very reasonable lunch.

These are great on the go for sandwiches or on crackers. We like a little flavor so we season but has enough season for a regular.

YUMMY! such an easy lunch for very little calories. This and a yogurt keeps me stuffed all day at work until I go home. Also good to put on top of spinach/romaine to make a quick salad. It's already dressed, basically. I went on a vacation and I MISSED THEM!!!! So happy to have them again

This shelf stable product. My husband travels for our business quite frequently and is diabetic. So I am always looking for something he can travel with and easily eat. He really like this version - says it tastes good - medium spicy (he is super hot freak) and easy to open and eat just on it's own. Processed and packaged is not the healthiest option but better than a burger and fries. Having said all of that, I never hesitate to update my reviews should new info seem useful.

I thought it was pretty good and definitely buying again. Ofcourse straight out the pack it's not going to have a lot of flavor but that why you season it yourself to your liking. Great for meal prepping! Just add cranberries, celery seasoning w/ some crackers you're set!

I saw all These bad Reviews. I was so Surprised.. No it doesn't taste Like My Homemade Chicken Salad ! However It has Only 70 Calories.. It is so easy to JUST OPEN SPREAD..QUICK CLEANUP...I enjoy will Continue To use It !

I mix in some extra mayonnaise to give it a little extra flavor but, all in all, it's pretty good. I've got it on my subscribe and save list to get some each month
