Mission: Start Right Community Development Corporation was established in 2008 as a community development corporation in the City of Cleveland Heights. Our mission has always been to develop programs within our neighborhood that will help low- and moderate-income families. Our goals are to provide Hunger relief, Educational program opportunities, Home purchase opportunities and Community beautification programs.

•Monthly Hunger center (served 2303 people in 2019)
•2 month grass cutting program/partnership (Annually Inspected over 400 homes/lots for high grass) provided early detection for problem homes.
•Home rehabilitation program (7 homes)

Target demographics: eliminate food insecurity

Direct beneficiaries per year: 500 families

Geographic areas served: Cuyahoga County

Programs: Monthly food pantry program open to all families that meet State guidelines6 day lunch program during the Christmas Break in partnership with the Jewish Federation7 week summer lunch feeding program, / camp
