This is my first reorder of this product--ordering 3 packages this time! There are probably lots of uses for it but for me, I add two heaping teaspoons full into my hot cereal every morning as one of several prebiotics that I make use of. It is convenient to use and has worked great for me. I don't know anything about other uses.

We grind our coffee beans fresh every morning. A little chicory added gives our coffee a rich flavor. Brings back memories of Cafe du Monde, New Orleans.

I like the tastes and flavor of this Chicory root, but it is definitely granular. Works good for steeping but I prefer to just mix it in with my coffee for the pre-biotic fibers. I took the entire bag and ran it through my coffee grinder to make it into more of an expresso blend powder.Kind of messy, but works great.

i use about half a scoop of chicory to 2 and a half scoops coffee for my morning beverage. this product has a good consistency (granules) and always arrives quickly. i am very pleased with the overall service and the product and i will order it again.

I've been adding this product to my coffee and really enjoy it. This brand, I have found, is the best in that the granules are light and, for the most part edible. Some other brands are very tough and woody.

I have two cups a day. I put teaspoon of the granules in my coffee in the morning and drink another cup of just the chicory later in the day. A refreshing taste.

Love the texture of the granules and the consistently good flavor I have experienced from Starwest Botanicals chicory root granules. Try the tea with cream, if you like a warm caramel taste.

These are the best chicory roots I've ever had. Mixed with the coffee I use, they make incredible cold brew coffee the kind that people invite themselves over just to get a cup. The only issue that has come up is occasionally in the packaging. When the zip-lock system comes unglued, the package does not close/seal well...but the taste is almost worth overlooking the packaging issue.
