We grind our coffee beans fresh every morning. A little chicory added gives our coffee a rich flavor. Brings back memories of Cafe du Monde, New Orleans.

i use about half a scoop of chicory to 2 and a half scoops coffee for my morning beverage. this product has a good consistency (granules) and always arrives quickly. i am very pleased with the overall service and the product and i will order it again.

I've been adding this product to my coffee and really enjoy it. This brand, I have found, is the best in that the granules are light and, for the most part edible. Some other brands are very tough and woody.

I have two cups a day. I put teaspoon of the granules in my coffee in the morning and drink another cup of just the chicory later in the day. A refreshing taste.

Love the texture of the granules and the consistently good flavor I have experienced from Starwest Botanicals chicory root granules. Try the tea with cream, if you like a warm caramel taste.

These are the best chicory roots I've ever had. Mixed with the coffee I use, they make incredible cold brew coffee the kind that people invite themselves over just to get a cup. The only issue that has come up is occasionally in the packaging. When the zip-lock system comes unglued, the package does not close/seal well...but the taste is almost worth overlooking the packaging issue.

So glad I found this! I absolutely love coffee but need to cut down on caffeine. This chicory root can be brewed in a coffee maker and has a similar quality. The flavor isn't identical, but it sure is bold and hearty. It also doesn't make me feel super acidic like most decaf coffees. That being said, I am happy that I tried this! :) It's also great to mix this with real coffee :)
