Target demographics: Low-income women who are pregnant or have an infant under 3 months living in Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties
Geographic areas served: Pierce, King, and Snohomish Counties of Washington State
Programs: Maternity support services and infant case management provided through in-home and clinic visits by professional case managers. Our clients are low-income pregnant women and our main goal is for a healthy baby to be born at 37 weeks gestation or greater and weighing 5.8 pounds or greater. Case managers develop a plan of care personalized to meet each woman's needs and address those needs throughout the pregnancy and through the first year of the child's life.
