This filer doesn't accommodate tabs on hanging files. Top will not close.

Such a good initial price that i bought two. Only bad thing is an intended follow up purchase saw a 100% markup in the price. Not such a good value then.

The plastic is a little thin on the lid. Definitely won't be too durable. The more files you put in there the worse the flimsyness feels. But still does it's job, just be careful when picking it up.

Very sturdy boxes. Work great for our paperwork we keep on file! Not too heavy either so they are easily portable. Love the additional storage on top!

The plastic clasp broke after a few days. I can still use it. I just wouldn't trust actually using the handle.

I do wish the top would flip completely over (it stays upright) but it doesn't close on me when I am putting things in so it works well. I find it's pretty sturdy for just my general day to day paper junk that I need to keep track of.

I'm a Mobile notary and I have all my paperwork and materials in this file box that fits perfectly on the floor of my backseat or in my trunk. The top of the box holds small items like pens, stamps, post-its, you name it. The box itself is the perfect size for standard file holders. It's spacious and sturdy doesnt warp, even when left in the car in summer. Perfect for my mobile notary needs!

This is just what I needed to replace a broken plastic box used for storing arts and crafts stuff (paints, cutters, glue gun, etc.), and the added top compartment is a nice addition to what I was using before.
