This combination offers multiple advantages. Stevia and monk fruit are high intensity sweeteners, with about 150 to 250 times the sweetness of sucrose. Flavor is the biggest payback. On its own, stevia can have a bitter note. Monk fruit is a natural flavor enhancer that helps mask off flavors in stevia and in other ingredients as well. Erythritol contributes mild cooling effect. Overall, sweetness delivery is clean and neutral. This optimized low-calorie, sweetening solution allows companies to remove or reduce added sugar in a variety of foods including beverages, sauces, dairy products, confections and baked goods. My husband is diabetic and I was looking for something better and this mixture of stevia and monk is wonderful. It dose don't take a lot to sweeten our drink and it is closer to sugar in looks and taste. We love it.

I really like this sweetener blend. No noticeable aftertaste. Being twice and as sweet as sugar means it lasts longer than other sweeteners that are 1:1 for sugar.

A very good sweetener at an acceptable price. I was concerned about the stevia aftertaste, but I haven't noticed it. Will be buying this one again.
