Steviva Brands stevia extract powder starts its life as an all-natural stevia leaf. When the stevia leaves are processed using a pure and natural water extract process, the result is a creamy white powder called steviosides or rebaudioside A. It is 250 to 300 times sweeter than sugar yet has no carbohydrates or calories and is safe for diabetics as well as persons who suffer from hypoglycemia.
Unlike most other brands, Steviva brand stevia extract has no additives whatsoever and is 100% natural in every sense of the word. In 2008, stevia was approved by the FDA for sale in the United States as a sweetener. Overseas, stevia controls more than 40% of the sweetener market and you will oftentimes find stevia on the kitchen or restaurant table just as you would sugar.

Erythritol is classified as a sugar alcohol, also called polyols, which occur naturally in many plants. In this case, fermented, non-GMO corn from France. Erythritol is unique among the sugar alcohols, and is easier on stomach than sorbitol.
Finally, Steviva introduces Xerosweet Plus with Xylitol, which is another sugar alcohol. The flavor profile of Xerosweet+ Stevia Fortified Xylitol is neutral enough for a variety of uses, yet it pairs especially well with mint or citrus flavors. Confections and gums, frozen desserts, puddings, jams and jellies are proven applications.

I like this Stevia powder because it is economical to use has no bitter aftertaste and no fillers. This brand comes in a small bottle but a little goes very far!!!!! Start with just an 8th teaspoon or less than that to sweeten your beverages. Since this has no fillers, it takes up very little shelf space! I will continue to purchase this product!
