Insulation level just right for layering with coat or alone for spring/fall. Decent zipper although heaver one would be preferred. Inside and outside fabric tough enough for normal activities but not for heavy forest or thorns.Nice deep outside zippered front pockets and huge, deep non zippered inside front pockets for maps, laptops, tablets and the like. I'm 5' 8 and 255 with 32 sleeves The 2XL fits perfectlyExcellent value!!

This is an ok jacket. For $21bucks I wasn't expecting northface. My biggest knock is I'm not crazy how it looks on me, just a little slope shoulder look, but otherwise it's pretty comfortable. Doesn't hinder while driving. Surprisingly cozy and does a pretty good job blocking wind. Zips all the way up the neck when needed which nice. Fits my needs for a dynamite price.

Perfect for layers hiking in cold weather. Easy ro shed and stuff in bag after warm up when hiking. I have a blue and also an orange coat. Wear the orange coat to hike during hunting season.

The jacket seems high quality and looks great. The price is very reasonable. I am 5'7 145lbs with more of an athletic build (40 short jacket size). The small size fits OK, but is a little tight around the shoulders if I have something like a sweatshirt underneath. But the medium would be too large. Too bad they don't have the same sizes but with an athletic cut option.

The jacket is true to color and size. Feels great, looks great. It's what I wanted. I may order more in different colors I enjoy it so much. Very much water repellant!

This is a very useful jacket. Light, warm, stuffs in a sack, and smooths out quickly when you unstuff it. In a southern climate, you'll find yourself wondering what all your other jackets are for.

Jackie is definitely sweater Length and flats down to the build area. Clean room around the chest so it should be easy to wear it with a hoodie with room to spare. Super work smoothly going up and down. The jacket and inner lining is thin but Retains the warmth of your body quite well.

I was not sure of he carmel color but when it came, it was a great color. It blends with almost all colors of pants, fit just fine, the pockets are deep/ zippered, and it will fit in the accompanying carry sack. I would have given it a five star, but since I have not worn it in really cold weather, a four rating was appropriate. I think it will be a five star when cold weather comes around.
