The strap started getting ripped after one week of taking a trp. I just got back from a trip so its return window is closed. I regret not having read all the negative revies on this bag before purchasing it.

Perfect size imo. Have a smaller pc (13) and not much paperwork for my job these days. Could easily fit 15 laptop and some notebooks. This is a great bag. Previous one was way to big.
