Bought it for walking in the rain. Works great blocks wind and will keep you dry. To stay warm I'd still wear a sweatshirt underneath but overall great jacket!

I moved to the Pacific Northwest and found myself running with less frequency as I waited for favorable weather (you can laugh now). I decided it was better to not wait and find the right gear. This jacket is perfect. Vents well and the only dampness inside is from my own perspiration. Zippers are decently sturdy. I got the neon color as I run early and late, with limited visibility. If that's you as well, this color is perfect, just know you'll also be signaling the International Space station and most aircraft with its brightness. Happy running!

I bought this jacket for visibility and to keep the cold wind off during cycling. The product does both. I like the number of pockets inside and out. My main complaint is that the jacket doesn't breathe very well. I am pretty damp after my ride.It hasn't rained in the two weeks that I have on the jacket. But after five minutes in the shower there was no leakage

For the price this jacket is not a bad deal at all. It runs a little small for current American sizing, but still fits o.k. and does what it says it will do.

My only complaint is that it ran a little small and is too hot for warm weather. I'm using it for colder weather and is super light weight.

I am a fan of Baleaf products. The quality is phenomenal and the pricing is even more impressive.This jacket recently went on a sunrise hike with me and it came out on the summit as a windbreaker. I had the same insulating layer as I'd hiked in and just threw this on over that. It was about 25 degrees with a 30mph wind. I was VERY comfortable after layering on this shell! I had dry insulating layers in my pack, but really didn't need them.After watching the sunrise, I left this shell on while rock scrambling through some very tight areas and a cave. I feared it would be scuffed or even ripped - buy obviously the warmth was more important than a jacket. However, it withstood the scuffing and scrubbing against that granite and still looks brand new!My cousin immediately ordered one after seeing the performance of this jacket in DRY weather!But its a rainshell, so people probably want to know if it staves of precipitation... it does! I wore it the next day in some mixed rain (light and heavy at times) for a run and it not only kept the cold rain off of me, I feel it was quite breathable (I run pretty hot).Overall, another amazing product from Baleaf.

I wore it today kayaking on my surf ski. It was close fitting, great for aero dynamics yet leaving enough room for paddling. It was windy and I didn't feel any chill.

I used this light weight water prove rain coat when walking my two dogs in the rain. It did keep me dry

It's a pretty lightweight jacket. But it's not a windbreaker. I haven't used it in the rain yet, but the material feels as if it will repel the water pretty well. It's been great for running in the morning. I feel safer and more visible before the sun rises.

For the price, it's a solid jacket. It's not very breathable but it's small enough to cram into your bike jersey pocket and it does the job of keeping you warm and stopping the wind chill. It fits perfectly too. I'm 6-4 and bought the XL. I'm sure there are better, more breathable jackets out there for a lot higher price, but this one is a good value. I'd buy it again.

Was looking for a visible raincoat for hikes and urban walking. As a woman, I purchased a mens raincoat for extra room to layer. This very affordable jacket fits the bill, waterproof with hood, pockets (cellphone, gloves etc) and enough ease to wear over a sweater, AND it's packable!
