This jacket is doing well , easily packable in my bag I take to work every day. It isnt to heavyweight so it is easily worn in warmer conditions. The lining overall seems just enough to keep cold rain at bay.

In the image I posted you can see all the water beading off like its nothing. There seems to be like a hydrophobic coat on this but im not sure.. all I know is that it was a full on thunderstorm and this thing kept me dry

Im tired of not being able to find a legit summer wind breaker, that's lined and also has a bit of water proofing. I don't know about all the counterfeit authentic comments, but it seems solid quality. My jacket has the heat transferred look and not stitched. Ive only owned Columbia snow jackets and snow suits and the logos were always stitched on. All that aside, I ordered an XL and ended up returning it and getting an XL Tall. The extra sleeve length and body length kept the jacket covering me when I'd move and not feel tight when I sat down. Hopefully it will hold up like my other Columbia brand products.

I recently purchased this jacket for my son but I also own this same jacket. We recently experienced a good storm. Both jackets had good water resistance for approximately 30 minutes but, unfortunately, they became very saturated by the rain.( Note: I had recently treated my jacket with NikWax.)It's a good jacket I'd recommend for light rain but don't expect protection in a sustained downpour.

Great jacket. I wear it mostly when it rains. Seems to keep me dry. The only complaint I have is that when wearing over my sweatshirt, it does seem to fit a little tight.

Really nice packable rain jacket, sharp looking. Glad I got one size up so too wear sweatshirt or something, going up a size gives you that space and comfort. Highly recommend this one for a very good spring/fall rain jacket
