You can't go wrong with this brand as everything they produce is top quality. What I dislike with this purchase is the logo is not embroidered rather just a tag but it did state that in the listing that it would be either or. The second demerit is the color is more a burnt charcoal rather than true black. For the price I'll keep it as it's just a bum around in zippered fleece that'll serve it purpose well. I have another Steens zippered fleece that's at least 10 years old and still intact after a lot of abuse! The overall fit is great in XXL but my too big belly makes it slightly tight in that area.

The stripe looks ugly and gives the impression of a cheap product. :( Previously, the Columbia logo was embroidered.

I wanted this for indoor use and my office is in my living room which is the coldest part of my house. It's loose enough that I can layer underneath and I think it looks fine for zoom calls.

Wind sort of just blows right through this, so don't use this if a windbreaker is what you're looking for. It's more like a very thin blanket over your torso, so keep that in mind if you plan on buying this product.

This is just a thin cloth jacket, but I am giving it full stars because it looks so good on my son. It is soft and perfect for wearing indoors when the house is cold. (He layers it under a thick outer jacket for going outdoors.) My son is 5'10 and very slender, and the medium size fit perfectly, accenting broad shoulders and a narrow waist. Very happy with this purchase.

I bought 2 of them in different colorways. He wears them out and about, or even around the house, something akin to a sweater. They seem to be true to size, as well. Very nice for the price!

The Jacket itself is great! Since it is fleece, it's not truly “black” it's more like a dark charcoal. Super soft and warm. I will definitely be buying one for my wife .

The color is not black as in the photos, more of a dark grey. Otherwise looks great, but I was hoping for a true black color.

Overall, a good fleece jacket for fall, and zippered pockets are welcome.However, the color (red onion / black) was not quite how it appeared in the picture. Red onions are a shade of purple, and while the coat looks dark red, it is actually purple like onions.I attached 2 pictures, one with the coat under indoor lighting and one by a big window for outdoor lighting. You'll notice they appear slightly differently, so beware. It's not a deal-breaker for me, but it might be for someone else.

I bought a Patagonia version as I have 40 year's experience with them, not good after a few washings, collar goes funny and hangs puckered. REI's is too thin and has the same puckered quality that makes it hang sloppily. Columbia quality is tops. Hangs neatly, fabric is heavier, more plush, zipper is YKK. After washing, the fabric retains its shape and doesn't contract in ugly ways. My wife has had a black one for work that she wears every day. She works frozen food. After years of weekly washing it is still plush and retains its shape, no pilling like the Patagonia, and thicker than the REl for much less. That's good enough for me. Complements my classic North Face jacket for Fall through Spring in Northern California!
