I am 5'6”, 175 lb, 38C, and I bought an XL. I bought this to go under a vest and a blazer, as shown in the pictures. To get it big enough to go over my chest comfortably, I had to get an XL, so the rest of the shirt is really big and baggy on me. I don't mind because I didn't plan to use it alone. If I wanted to wear it without something over it, I'd get a large, put a tank top under, and leave the top buttons undone.

color is very nice. size large runs small. I would order next size up if you have a belly. Buttons were very hard to button at first.washes well

I decided to write a review only after I'd purchased three more shirts in case the word really got out that these are really a steal.Check list: Butt covered. Fitted in a good way. Not a wrinkled mess. No noticeable shrinkage. Bright white. Inexpensive without looking/feeling cheap. Sleeves not ape-like. Bust not straining.Wish list: Add colors: light blue, chambray like blue, funky bright patterns.

This blouse does have to be ironed unless you like it wrinkles. I bought this for my Mom and probably wouldn't buy it for an elderly person unless they like to still iron. Otherwise, very pretty!

Slightly loose but flattering classic fit. Lightweight and all cotton fabric makes it very comfortable. I wear a 14-16 top and the XL fits great. The sleeves are long on my 5 ft 5 inch, but my arms are short.

I was skeptical of the quality when I first bought this shirt. But it was on sale so I figured it wouldn't be a big loss if it didn't fit. I was surprised by the quality of the fabric. It is thicker (though not heavy) than I anticipated and so much softer and smoother than I expected. I ended up buy 5 more in different patterns.It is decently wrinkle free. However, I have never, ever, in my entire life, come across a cotton blend long sleeve shirt that was truly wrinkle free. This is especially true if you leave your shirt in the dryer after it finishes. However, I have been able to pull it off a hanger and rush out the door without it looking bad or unkempt.
