I am 5'4”, 160 lbs (mostly in the belly) and this jacket fit perfectly. I ordered a medium. The sleeves came down to the middle of my hands but didn't get in the way. The pockets zip and the hood lays flat. Overall this is a great jacket. I haven't been able to wear it while it's rained. I wore it for about an hour and didn't sweat like crazy.

I specifically bought this jacket because of the waterproof claim and thought I could trust the Columbia name. I work at a horse barn and NEED something waterproof for grabbing horses and throwing hay. It didn't last through a half hour of light mist, my clothes were wet, and the jacket seems to even retain the rain, making me hot and wet and was not breathable. The hood is also small and doesn't stay on very well. I really wanted to be able to rely on this jacket. It looks great, but what's the point? Maybe it would be okay for taking a dog outside to use the bathroom for two minutes, but it's not worth the price for that either. I wish I could return it, but I am past the window.

I was sent a used jacket! Put it on and found a granola bar wrapper in the pocket. Not sure what happened here, needless to say I was pretty disappointed with the quality haha

I'm 5'7, weigh around 125lbs, and measure 45-37-49. I got a size XXL. The torso fits okay, though visibly looser around the waist than the bust or hips. The sleeves are quite long, the top of the zipper comes up above my chin, and the hood stands several inches above my head. It seems like it was made for someone with longer arms and neck than I have, and less curves.The material is a bit warmer than i expected, but it still feels quite light and thin. Just got it and haven't had the chance to test it in the rain yet. I'll try and give an update once I see how it fares there.

This is a very nice rain jacket. I got a small. I bought it for my daughter, who has smaller shoulders than I do. It's lightweight, a beautiful color, and fits well. I tested it in the shower, and it's water resistant.

I normally wear a 2x but bought a 3x at first because things usually run small, but this jacket is cut generously enough that I returned the 3x for my normal 2x size. It is very waterproof and nice looking to boot. I'm very pleased, this will get a lot of use here in the wet PNW!

I'm 5' 6 about 160lbs. I wear a large and bought a large. Fits exactly how I wanted. No issues zipping over my chest, arms move freely. Enough room inside to go over my clothes. Lightweight material. I really like it.

I bought this for a cold and wet hiking trip and never realized something so lightweight could keep you at a perfect temperature.A couple of years ago, I was trekking across Paris in similar weather and I made condescending comments in my head to everyone who walked past me wearing wind breakers. I had jackets and heat packs hidden in my clothes and I was still freezing. So people in a light wind breaker must have been crazy and cold, right? This wind breaker put the old me and my thoughts in their place.It's not that it's thick, but it does an bang up job of keeping the biting wind and frigid rain away. Apparently, that's why we freeze our bs off. The hood for the perfect finishing touch. I returned every other similar item that I purchased because this one was IT!

It's waterproof and light weight lined with just mesh which is a tiny bit itchy but I have not washed it. I normally wear a 2x that's what I got and it fits well I have a larger chest so it's a little snugger across the chest but I expect that. I have worn it in 60's low 70's temps with rain with just a tshirt and it was perfect. I do have room to wear a sweatshirt under for cooler weather. Nice jacket and I got the blue which is really pretty.

Love the coat! I sized up as recommended but didn't need to. It is a big but I will be keeping the size as perfect for a sweatshirt to fit under if needed.

It is hard to find jackets that fit properly. They are always too snug here or there while also being too loose here or there. I needed a rain jacket because I was traveling to AK and I knew we'd be spending some time out on the river fishing early in the morning. I loved that this jacket didn't hug my hips but allowed me to tighten with a cord. I was able to do the same with the hood while we were boating down the river. Really, this was a great purchase.
