While this item did fit, it had zero warmth for a liner. Was expecting it to be a water resistant jacket since it had this name brand but it didn't.

I'm 6'3" and 445lbs and this fit comfortably over clothing. The quality is good and keeps you dry.

I usually find my self wearing XL t-shirts and clothing so I tried the XL in the Olive green. It fits me well; my usual problem is that i am short and stocky. So I have to buy bigger clothes on average and have long sleeves or pant legs as a side effect. These are roomy but the length of the jacket it self and the arm shoulder width are not excessive broad or long. Some what the sleeve are always going to be a factor for me. That is why the Velcro arm cuffs are nice to make that more comfortable. Biggest thing for me was the color green. Its what I like to say as OLIVE. Without trying to sound dumb or arrogate its the same color as the photo; sometime not always the case.Very happy with the try before you buy, the color fit and overall comfort at a reasonable price.

I usually wear an XXL, with a 50-52 inch chest. This one is baggy, in XXL. I decided to keep it, to wear over other things, and bought a different color to fit for warmer days.

Fits good. Hood is large enough and shaped well for the rain. I stayed very dry in hard rain. Does it's job and very visible.

After buying a few different rain jackets even others Columbia I started thinking... It's any out there that water stays out? after spending $60 and $80 on others rain jackets I found this one and finally water stays out. Keeps me dry and not just sprinkling rain, under real rain.

I sized up so I could layer underneath! Waterproof and perfect for a windbreaker. Only downside is there is really no way to cinch in the hood.

Sure - you can spend a TON on rain gear. But I'm not outside in the backcountry all the time where my life depends on my gear. I needed to stay dry on hiking trips and whale watching excursions in Alaska. This did the trick admirably. Tested by rain several times - couple hours in the wind and rain on the back of a boat for a whale watching trip, hiking on the shore in moderate rain. I was dry under the gear. My pants were soaked because I was too lazy to put on rain pants. But that's my fault, not my gear. :-) Lightweight and comfortable. Packs down pretty small. Hood fits well. Good design.
