I'm 6'4 and 280. I got 3XL tall, because I use it for fishing and need room for the layers I'm wearing underneath. First fishing trip I had to use it twice. It fit great and kept me dry. Great quality jacket.

I originally bought this jacket for my husband for a gift. He really likes the jacket. So when we were planning a trip to Ireland where it rains often, I ordered one for myself. It fits very well, it is weather resistant, and just the right weight. I ordered a size larger than I normally would so that I could layer it. I normally wear size 8-10 ladies. I bought a size large. It’s a little big on me but I don’t mind. It works very well to keep the wind at bay as well.

I walked to a friend's during a down pour, stood at the door for 4 minutes. Once in and peeled off coat, I was dry as can be... also had the 3x rain pants..rebel roamers...excellent fit over my sweats

I'm athletic tailored-42 with 34-waist, Large is usually only slightly-baggy and a Medium is too-tight. I own other Columbia jackets. This one fits GOOFY, like it's made for a TALL. Bottom of jacket is way too long (mid-to-low thigh). Hood of jacket is too far from shoulders (the bill covers my face), and even the shoulders are a tad too wide. Plus the waist drawstring is on one-side (right) only, so it doesn't draw-in equally like my other Columbia. I look like a bigger moron than usual in this jacket.

Bought this for my husband who works in and out of grocery stores as a vendor. He says it fits nice and loose so he can move easily. It doesn't breathe, but it's water tight so that doesn't lend well to breathability. Altogether a nice jacket

Fit well! I love the fact it can be folded into a small size and stored in its own inner pocket. Definitely would recomend for rainproof, lightweight travel.
