The fit is great, the material feels good, and it is windproof. I haven't tested it in the rain but I am very happy with the jacket.

Not the warmest jacket out there but stylish enough for a night out or just walking. It's rain resistant which is nice.

Im 511 and the medium fit me perfectly. Im replacing an old Columbia jacket that Ive had for a decade. They last a long time. This feels like the perfect mid weather fall jacket or cool winter jacket with layers underneath. Warm on the inside and water repellent exterior is nice.

Great quality you would expect from the Columbia brand. Ran a tiny bit longer in the arms that I expected, but that's good for keeping my hands warm. Proper color quality, Nice and thick, but still lightweight. Not not wrinkly. Good size pockets. Very durable, would definitely last multiple years, maybe even decades.

Very nice looking can wear it to both casual and business. Size is true to size, able to add sweater underneath if it gets real cold

5'7 130lb maleGood jacket overall for the price I paid($50). Not great for slimmer body types but the velcro wrists and bottom drawstring help. Still feels like I'm swimming in the thing.

The jacket fits perfectly and looks great.BUT it took nearly 1 month to get to me because USPS kept losing/damaging the parcel - the third time worked.

These jackets are really perfect for those autumn days where there's a light breeze and a cool snap in the air. Unfortunately, the main zipper jammed on both jackets I bought. I was eventually able to reset the zippers until they jammed yet again. Another much smaller irritation is there are no interior pockets. I'm used to no interior pockets on jackets with removable liners but the liners on Ascender jackets are permanently attached.
