I got this bag for air travel. Airlines are getting strict lately about the size of the personal item. This bag fits the dimensions and will easily slide under the seat. It is sturdy and well built. The shell is thick and holds its shape. It doesn't have umpteen pockets and nooks, but that's not what I'm looking for.

Without a doubt the nicest backpack I've ever owned! Padded straps and the many pockets make this a real bargain. I like it better than the expensive packs sold at REI. Tzowla products are outstanding.

Zippers are not very sturdy. This is the second one my daughter has used. And the second time the zipper broke within 3 to 6 months. Very sleek smooth design. Simple to get into and out of. Well organized.

Bought this for using at work, so I can't speak to how durable this pack is as it really only sits in my car and then sits in my office. But it's spacious inside, has lots of different sized pockets which lets me organize all my various things, and I like the two water bottle holders on the outside. Like I said, I haven't tested the durability much, but about a year of daily use it's holding up great.
