I purchased this in October of last year (2024). I was impressed by the reviews, especially for the backpack having a relatively low price point. When I got the backpack, I was immediately pleased and appreciated the features. Skipping ahead to present time (only 5 months later), I am sad to say that the quality is not great as the inside lining is completely tearing out. Mind you, I only use the backpack for work (I work in an office), and nothing “heavy” or destructive is ever placed by the lining. I had really liked the bag, but it should hold up longer than 5 months of easy use. Now time purchase, hopefully, a better product. This time I won’t let cost be a factor (you get what you pay for).

Price is right, design is thoughtful and capacity is sufficient. However, the zipper is either not of great quality or just too light duty, rendering the bag amp; lock useless.

I love this bag. At first I thought the material was going to be an issue because it isn’t thick at all, but it’s very strong and sturdy. The zippers are nice as well and the straps are plenty long to get over a winter coat. There are tons of pockets and my 18” laptop fits in perfectly. Overall, awesome bag.

Looks better than in the pictures, the material is of great quality and the zippers zip smoothly and seem as though will last a long time. I'll give it 5 stars if it lasts longer than 3 months without falling apart because that seems to be a things themselves days. So far no complaints. Lots of compartments and was impressed that it came with two cords to connect a USB or audio device, I thought it was just going to be the slots which is usually the case.

Used this on a trip to Italy where pickpockets and thieves are a significant issue. The bag worked well. I like the steel wire reinforced straps, the wire mesh sewn into the bag, the interior batter pack slot with extending cable slots. I also bout two way carabiners to lock the two zippers together. The bag is not large so will fit an average person or woman without issues. There is no waist strap but it is small enough it doesn't need it. The only drawback is that it doesn't have a chest strap. I just bought an extra one afterward for about $2. I would recommend this bag as it well served its purpose while travelling.
