Practically it's acceptable given the low price but it does not stick well like KT Pro which i think it sticks better but looks nicer.

This tape is ok. It doesn't stick very well and loses elasticity after a couple of hours. If you're wearing it for a short time, it's good. If you're wearing it in a pool or during higher intensity exercise it doesn't hold up well.

I have been using this tape with some Spider tape for a calf strain. It seems to be working well when I get the tape on good. I have been watching You tube videos for application help. Pictured is my inner calf strain taping and peritoneal tendonitis.

I've used several brands of kinesiology tape, and I'd get this tape over the big brand name. The adhesive is just as good. The cloth side may not be quite as spiffy, but that's not why you're buying K tape, right?

It's good, but didn't hold up during a sweaty run. For daily use, it's great.

Sticks better than KT tape but maybe it was the taper, doesn’t feel quite as strong. KT lasted a day (shower and sleep) and edges were peeled a few inches. This tape went through the same but has stayed on and I’m onto day 2.

taping feet for more than one day at a time is very difficult. Strength tape stays on feet better than anything else i have tried. if not for this stuff i would not be able to walk medium distance due to a stretched ligament in my ankle. thanks to strength tape, i am able to keep rock climbing, hiking, backpacking, and biking.

I have tried several different kinesio tapes and this one is by far the best. Stays on usually for 5-7 days.

I wanted to love this, but I just didn't. I think for the price, it's fine. Personally, I actually didn't like that it stretched so much-- I wanted a little bit more support. I also found the adhesive quality dreadfully lacking; less even than regular KT Tape. I bought this for travel, when I didn't want to be measuring little strips, and it worked for that, but I likely wouldn't buy again, and would still go for my usual Rock Tape.

The tape works well and feels great for controlling movement of a damaged tendon. BUT, it only stayed on for a day or two - not the week that their packaging indicates.

Stays on for up to 7 days, huh???? Didn't even last an hour. I have tried it three times, making sure the skin was clean and dry, with no lotions or anything, as directed. I watched the video for placement for plantar fasciitis since, believe it or not, it is not listed as one of the several directions in the pamphlet it came with. I placed them as directed, and did the 'warming' they recommend to get the sticky to activate (they say)--went over the material 2-3 times total just be sure. It came off just like many fabric bandaids out there. If it gets rubbed in the slightest while you move or have shoes on, it just peels right off. I can't say how angry I am right now. This brand touts itself as being so great. To boot, it didn't even provide the relief I had hoped for to give my plantar a rest. Again, I did it EXACTLY as directed and I am experienced with medical items so they can't say 'user error'.
