Great tape, but I wish it stuck better to itself when overlapping.

Practically it's acceptable given the low price but it does not stick well like KT Pro which i think it sticks better but looks nicer.

It's good, but didn't hold up during a sweaty run. For daily use, it's great.

Sticks better than KT tape but maybe it was the taper, doesn’t feel quite as strong. KT lasted a day (shower and sleep) and edges were peeled a few inches. This tape went through the same but has stayed on and I’m onto day 2.

Like several folks here, I had an allergic reaction to the adhesive. After about 24 hours of contact with my skin, I developed some itching, and having removed the bandage found that I was starting to blister. The blisters were painful and lasted for several days. The scabs lasted for over a week.<br /><br />That said, I was aware that this could be problem with this product and chose to buy it anyway. I'm sad that I am allergic to the adhesive because I found this to be far more comfortable than any of the braces I was able to buy at the drugstore. It felt like it was doing a good job to support my knee.<br /><br />Actually, my real complaint about the product was that I didn't like the fact that the name was printed on every single strip of the bandage. I felt like a walking billboard for the company, and there's no point in having flesh-toned bandage so that it won't show, if the bandage has the company name printed in white all over it. I paid for the product, I don't want to have to pay for their advertising on my skin. That's the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars.

Does it's job and stabilizes my joints fairly well, but it does give me hives and rips some skin off. I have a genetic condition that affects my collagen, including skin, so this may not be the case for most other ppl

Appropriate for the use given. Pretty sticky, at least 3 days. Helps relieves pain and range of motion on joints.

Worked as well as expected! My wife's kneecap has all but stopped hurting her as it has in the past!

Great kinesiology tape. Does the job well IF you make sure to follow the directions AND tape correctly. There are some good books and videos on taping, I'd suggested you do your research for the best result. This tape does the job when you know how to apply it. Lasts several days.

I use this all the time, for my knees. The box I have right now is only lasting about 4 days per application. The box before would last over 7 days, or more. So I have learned that no two boxes contain the same exact quality.<br />But I have tried other brands and I am sticking with this one. So far it is better than the others.

I use this tape all the time when I feel that my back is tight, aching or painful. It has a sensory support that provides some relief and relaxation. It does not eliminate the pain but does provide soothing relief. I also use it on my left trochanteric bursitis to provide relief from pain at night and during exercise.

Crisscrossing the tape over my hip during a bursitis flare up allowed me to keep up my walking and line dancing . However I tried it in my neck because I suffer from degenerated disc dis ease and it made the neck pain worse.

Works well

Purchased this product for a recurring shoulder problem. I have used Kinesiology tape in the past, I have tried different brands and types. This tape works very well. It stays on a lot longer then KT Tape and costs less. I can wear this tape for about 4 days before it begins to come off. I shower with it and it stays on! One thing I did notice is that the top layer of tape seems to not stick too well to the bottom layer of tape, where the two pieces cross. Although it could also be because of the placement of the tape since it is placed over my collar bone. I have not tried using it on a more flat surface of my body as I have not had any other issues. Overall, this is a great product and I would definitely purchase again when I run out.

The pre-cut strips are more convenient and you waste less product. These are easy to apply correctly!

I bought Strength tape over Rogue after my chiropractor taped my knees and it started in place for ten days! KT tape costs nearly the same and didn't even make 24 hours. This would have 5 starts if it were easier to release the tape from the backing.
