Great purchase<br />I'm using this consistently for the past 2 years, very cost effective and relieves from the pain I have through plantar Facilities<br />I use this product every day, wash me feet at least 3 times a day and with showers, I can use this tape without losing its adhesiveness, without having to replace a tape for more than a week<br />It is worth every penny, yes I would recommend this product to my friends and family

tried other brands and they unraveled like a loose thread. This brand AWESOME !! They have a great website that shows you how to tape for various injuries, ex. knee, elbow, wrist, etc. This tape not only supports but it does actually help with healing.

This tape is ok...it is not as strong and does not stick as well as KT Tape. I will not order again.

As a Chiropractor, I am always looking for good products that fill a need for a lower cost to patients. Good alternative product to KT Tape brand.

I use this when I over-stress my knee or ankle (previous injuries). It is pricey but works. For me, it will last up to 48 hours. I carry it when I travel to hike so I don't spend any of the vacation time sitting around. I also use ACE wraps. Remove the ace after a big hike and leave the Kines tape on the joint.

This tape is similar to KT tape and Rock tape, but definitely inferior. It does not stick as well as those other two brands. When I recently needed to use tape on my back, I had some of this left over from about a year ago when I was trying out different brands that I needed for arch support in my feet. It was okay for my feet, though it didn't stay on for more than half a day, and definitely not once it got wet. When I used it on my low back - more sensitive skin - the area it covered broke out in horrible, painful blisters within a day. I had used KT tape in the same place for the entire previous week without any issues before using the Strength tape, so I know it's just something about the adhesive on sensitive skin on this one.

You can watch the videos on YouTube on how to tape your knees, or actually any part of your body… It's amazing, and it makes a huge difference! I was very skeptical that it would help, but it really does help. I don't even know how it works, I just know it does

Perfect! Nice and durable! The best tape I've used because it lasts and stays on for a much longer time than others. Keeps my knee in alignment and pain free! Couldn't live without it!!!! Love this tape!
