Strength Kinesiology Tape has been a miracle on my back. I get muscle spasms and my therapist recommended Strength tape to put in between my should blades. I did which I had instant relief. I call it miracle tape which I highly recommend.

This works great for providing FLEXIBLE support and stability for injured or sore muscles. I'm a massage therapist and a roller derby player, so I use this quite often and I love it. I sprained my MCL (medial collateral ligament, inner side of knee) and this helped me get back to normal mobility quickly. I could even wear it under my knee pads once I got back on skates. Also, if you are concerned about posture and alignment in daily activities or while training at the gym, this tape reminds you to focus on form, without being cumbersome. I will say to do your research on how to apply and position the strips, though. Careful placement and stretch makes all the difference.

This tape give great support without restricting circulation or movement. It lasts a couple of days.

I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, a collagen deficiency condition that causes severe joint problems & frequent subluxations & dislocations. I've always used sturdy/expensive braces for this reason. I saw this, & thought I'd give it a shot out of curiosity. Wow, was I shocked. This tape stabilizes my joints better than any brace I've ever tried.<br /><br />There are a few minor aspects that keep me from giving it five stars. But note that in regards to how well it works, it would be five stars.<br /><br />(1) The directions are good, but it takes some studying to learn how to apply.<br />(2) The edges do curl up/loosen a bit, & require trimming.<br />(3) It hurts like hell when you take it off because it pulls hair out.<br />(4) Way expensive if you use it frequently

This tape works great. If you have an injury this will support the area and help you to be able to move comfortable. I have tried other tape brands but Kinesiology tape sticks better and holds up longer especially in water. I have a torn rotator cuff and I have been using it for my injury and it helps make it easier and less painful when I use my arm. I would high recommend this to anyone with an injury or any one who suffers with arthritis.

This simple, effective tape is helping to keep me together. I'm having hip surgery in November and my left knee is even more arthritic, bone on bone. I tried different sleeves, etc. for my knee but they were excruciating and totally ineffective. This tape is supportive, easy to use and can be worn for longer than one day. I don't go over two days because I choose to let my knee and skin have some recovery time, but I love this product. The pre-cut strips are easy to use. I cut then double under my knee cap. Some days I use the long strips up either side of my leg, others maybe one piece or none. I've also used the tape in my hip area. I am thankful that I found this product as I'm not a jock and have never used any kind of tape prior to this. You can bend as the tape is flexible and you can experiment to suit your situation. Also, it's unobtrusive under clothing and the large "bandage" is intriguing to my grand kids...kind of awesome.

I have had a couple of hard falls and have an unstable knee. I will probably need knee surgery at some time but like most people, need to save up for my deductible. This tape has been a life saver for me. It stabalizes the knee so the joint doesn't feel like it's sliding around. Has also helped me reduce the use of Ibuprofen for pain. I did have trouble getting it to stick even after cleaning my skin with alcohol so I would also recommend getting skin prep pads or spray to go along with this item.

This is a great product and works as advertized.While it does stick, I would suggest that you also get some Pre-tape spray to go with it just to make it last a bit longer. You can shower with it on just don't scrub that area.

Great kinesiology tape. Does the job well IF you make sure to follow the directions AND tape correctly. There are some good books and videos on taping, I'd suggested you do your research for the best result. This tape does the job when you know how to apply it. Lasts several days.

This is great rape for muscle trains and support, but in certain areas of your body the tape will not stuck that we'll.<br />I do notice the pain relieving effects from using the tape.<br />I guess all the tapes are the same and sometimes it just won't stuck to the body.<br />I will still use this tape as I like it.

have used the tape on sore or strained calf muscles and got instant relief. right now i have the tape on a strained shoulder muscle and just finished playing 9 18 hole golf rounds out of 10 days

I use this all the time, for my knees. The box I have right now is only lasting about 4 days per application. The box before would last over 7 days, or more. So I have learned that no two boxes contain the same exact quality.<br />But I have tried other brands and I am sticking with this one. So far it is better than the others.
