I've had "runner's knee" for quite awhile, and it's frustrating. Kinesio tape helps.<br /><br />I used to wear a soft, stretchable brace to provide a bit of support, which can be a nuisance. But wearing the StrengthTape tape is so much more streamlined. It won't fix an injury, but it provides support and it's been smooth sailing while wearing the tape on long distance runs.<br /><br />People have even asked me about StrengthTape when they see me wearing it, and I'm happy to recommend it and talk about the benefits. I feel it's often overlooked as an option for athletic support.<br /><br />The tape is pre-cut which is such a time saver. In the past I was bringing tiny scissors with me everywhere to cut tape, but with StrengthTape I don't have to cut anything. Check out the instructional videos on their site for how to tape up various body parts effectively. There's 16 feet of tape in this box, and you'll get plenty of uses.

Have had a torn Rotator Cuff injury - never surgically repaired for over 14 years along with Achilles' tendon injury and a couple of broken foot bones . I have used this tape for many years for healing those injuries and found relief from pain and can return to almost normal functioning. The advantage is the ability to shower while wearing and it remains in place for at least 6 days on average. I also have very sensitive skin when it comes to adhesives but this tape does not produce a negative reaction. It allows a complete range of motion but at the same time is supportive . I highly recommend.

I broken an ankle 5 years ago and I am a runner. This product offer the support and flexibility I need without the stiffness of an ace bandage.

Rocktape is AMAZING, and I highly recommend it. I have a torn meniscus, and this helps with the pain so much and allows me to get around with ease. I also recently fractured my elbow, and having it taped while it continues to heal helps me so much. If you're on the fence about this, do it! There are a million uses for this stuff.

I love this stuff! I tore my MCL working out. The Strength Tape gave me the extra support and pressure needed to help keep down the swelling. I've tried other brands, but this stuff stays put. I love that I can still have support without a bulky brace. Plus, it's waterproof and lasts for days.

This is great tape! The same wonderful qualities of the original Kinesiotape, with better sticking power. Sometimes I believe that it has too much sticking power - but it stays in place amazingly well on everyone and almost too well on some people :)

I use this to help with plantar fasciitis. Pre-cut lengths very helpful. Not sure how this tape differs (if al all) from similar products, but it does the job for me.

Love this tape, it helps so much. Used for a tennis elbow and rotator cuff injury and it is amazing. Stays on for days, even through showering.

use the tape up and down my spine, helps when I have to stand up and play guitar, or work around the house, does not smell. stays on until you take it off.

This is really strong tape it held some magnets on my mom's arm for her rotary cuff issues for 3 days and I felt it was helping to heal her as well.

I've been using Rocktape for some time and love it! But when I use it on my back for a few days for an injury, it starts to irritate me. This tape is a thinner material with almost as good of adhesion. Rocktape can last 5 days and this tape lasts 4 days. The precut strips are better than Kinesio Tex and all of those 3 options are in another class far and above KT Tape. Plus, it's much more affordable.

I have knee pain when exercising or dealing with a lot of hills. This tape reduces the pain, if not completely eliminates it, and it stays on for days! Nice and discreet under pants and much more convenient over a knee brace! So thankful I found this!
