I use this tape all the time when I feel that my back is tight, aching or painful. It has a sensory support that provides some relief and relaxation. It does not eliminate the pain but does provide soothing relief. I also use it on my left trochanteric bursitis to provide relief from pain at night and during exercise.

This stuff is amazing. I sprained my ankle pretty severely and this stuff is magic. It really helped my ankle heal. I've used it since when my son tweaked his wrist snowboarding and for my Dad when he pulled his hamstring. Both of them couldn't believe what a difference it made. This brand adhered well to the skin. It lasted about 5 days before having to redo

This tape does not stay on as well as other tape<br />i have bought. The pink color is cool. I had to add<br />an adhesive cream to get it to stay on. Somewhat<br />disappointed.

Does not adhere as well as rock tape that I have used before. I'm lucky to get 24 hours out of the tape :(

Crisscrossing the tape over my hip during a bursitis flare up allowed me to keep up my walking and line dancing . However I tried it in my neck because I suffer from degenerated disc dis ease and it made the neck pain worse.

I must be allergic to the tape adhesive. Otherwise the tape sticks better than KT Pro. I'd rather put up with the itching than have tape that doesn't stick under my pants.

I am really happy with this tape. It stays on longer even after taking showers. Stays on longer than KT tape. Helps supports my knees.

I've only used this product and the synthetic KT brand tapes and I find the KT far superior. This tape's adhesive is mediocre - I often have pieces of tape peeling at the edges after just one day, and an average life span of 3 days before becoming totally useless. I like the precut strips and the material is pretty breathable but for a comparable price to KT, this product is not nearly as good.

Purchased this product for a recurring shoulder problem. I have used Kinesiology tape in the past, I have tried different brands and types. This tape works very well. It stays on a lot longer then KT Tape and costs less. I can wear this tape for about 4 days before it begins to come off. I shower with it and it stays on! One thing I did notice is that the top layer of tape seems to not stick too well to the bottom layer of tape, where the two pieces cross. Although it could also be because of the placement of the tape since it is placed over my collar bone. I have not tried using it on a more flat surface of my body as I have not had any other issues. Overall, this is a great product and I would definitely purchase again when I run out.

I've had "runner's knee" for quite awhile, and it's frustrating. Kinesio tape helps.<br /><br />I used to wear a soft, stretchable brace to provide a bit of support, which can be a nuisance. But wearing the StrengthTape tape is so much more streamlined. It won't fix an injury, but it provides support and it's been smooth sailing while wearing the tape on long distance runs.<br /><br />People have even asked me about StrengthTape when they see me wearing it, and I'm happy to recommend it and talk about the benefits. I feel it's often overlooked as an option for athletic support.<br /><br />The tape is pre-cut which is such a time saver. In the past I was bringing tiny scissors with me everywhere to cut tape, but with StrengthTape I don't have to cut anything. Check out the instructional videos on their site for how to tape up various body parts effectively. There's 16 feet of tape in this box, and you'll get plenty of uses.
