The Stretch-EZ has fixed my problem of getting sore ankles and having tight feet. It is a good way to stretch out the back of my legs as well. The big challenge, for me, will be to keep using it a little each day to maintain the fix.

Having dealt with the chronic pains of plantar fasciitis, heel spurs, and fibromyalgia for several year now I have been in search of an assistive device that actually does what it says it can do. I have been very pleased with not only the results I have experienced from the Stretch EZ's device but with its diversity and the product quality. I already have and will continue to recommend this device to others.
