I use this everyday to stretch after working out - first used one while doing PT, so bought one for myself. My only beef is that the stitching between the loops starts to fray after a year or two, so I've probably bought 2-3 of them over the last few years

Sturdy material and works well for what I needed. Stretching is much easier with the strap.
