I'm very happy with this jack. It is not slow like some I've seen and it just works well. Has a large foot and for my type of distribution hitch I use, its made it very easy to put that on and off because it requires lowering and raising the jack twice each way to get it set. I also am able to open my tailgate and not hit the jack. So overall this was exactly what I wanted.

My husband had no problem installing it and it was well worth the money

Installation and operation was easy. Just follow the included instructions. Easy on the body as hand cranking the beast was a killer on my chest, arms and back. Easy up and easy down. It came with everything needed for installation.

10 minutes from the time i took it out , removed the bolts and spliced and connected to battery. Nice and quiet, lifted my 2021 Jayco SLX 7 Baja like it was a piece of butter. No more sore arms after you have arrived to a campsite after driving all day. II Would buy it again!!!!

We just installed the jack and the directions were okay, a few more diagrams would have been helpful. When I had watched videos on others installing the unit I only found one showing how to install the electrical to the battery and this was my worry and this one did not show the red wire fuse so we had no idea it would be in the box and this was a worry because we were doing it ourselves. I finally found a video that showed that you cut the red fuse wire in half and install the enclosed connectors, but it would have been very helpful if it was in the directions. So when you cut the red wire in half you attach the Ring Terminal to one end and the black wire using the double connector to the other. Sorry I don't know the exact name for the parts. Clap each of these and then we used electrical tape to secure. Then you attach the Ring Terminal to the positive post on the battery. Also you need to sand the paint at each holes to get a good metal to metal contact for grounding. One more thing the directions don't tell you to install the star washers prong sides down, watched videos for this too, it digs into the metal for grounding. These little items are very important because if grounding and wiring isn't don't properly it is dangerous. Now that we were done the jack seemed to work fine. Only used it once so far, but so good. If the company did a video from beginning to end showing and explaining the whole process they would get more sales because one of the reasons I choose this one is an individual did a video but it wasn't complete but better then the others and he made it sound easy to install.

It was very easy to install, I put it on my camper. We haven't gone camping Spence I installed but it does lift my 28 foot camper with ease.

Some times I had a habit of looking up what I wanted and buying without doing any research. I learned a valuable lesson. In researching this electric trailer jack, the cheaper one showed a lot of bad reviews ($126.00) vs. this one at $186.00 with a lot better reviews.

This unit appears to be the same as the Husky unit I've also used. The design and construction look identical. That's not a bad thing, as they both function reliably and with no issues. This jack is reasonably fast and decently quiet.

This is my 3rd one in 3 years. But 1st of this brand. So far..easy onstall and seems well built and tough. Ilove rhe on off switch to cut power to it amd the lights in tye dark... Its only been 3 trips on it so we will see how it stands up over winter and into next season..ill report back.

This works very well and is faster than expected. Height is perfect to get on and off my 3/4 ton pickup without blocks.

This jack requires some light work to install. Any DIY'er will have no trouble. The fuse is a cartridge type, I wish it was the blade type like all my other fuses in my car and RV trailer. That is the only negative so far. Very pleased with the look and performance. I like the extension too, easy to jack up. Speed is not as fast as I would like but I can not complain either. High recommend as it is sturdy and seems good quality.

I am very pleased with this product! It was SO easy to install. As others have said, it is a bit slow, but sure beats hand cranking! Takes the weight of my trailer well. Fair price too.

This rv jack was easily installed on my 27 foot Jayflight. Looks good and works. I added an rv 7 pin connector on it to plug into my truck to power it. Time will tell on its durability.

This is an excellent jack. Super easy to install. Nice functions. Lights where they should be to illuminate what you have going on at the hitch. Simple switch to put the foot down or make it retract. One small issue. The powder coating on this unit is so thick...so robust....it didn't make a ground. I had to scrape off some paint underneath the mounting point. And that was not easy because the powder coating is super legit on this unit. Very satisfied customer. Would endorse.
