I replaced the FIC-ETJ3500 tongue jack that came with my KZ Venture Stratus with this one. The install was easy and it is so much quieter! The switches failed on the FIC and I’m hoping this one lasts longer.

Its smaller than the 3500lbs model. Was easy to install. Seems strong enough to do the job!

Easy fit and operates perfectly. Small negative is the twist-turn cap has an O ring seal to stop water getting into the crank head mechanism. The O ring easily falls out of the cap. Needs a tiny dab of silicone to hold it in the cap. If water enters, it drips directly into the thrust bearing - bad - thats what killed the last unit

The buttons are not marked for lift or the lights. The lights are much brighter than the previous Jack. Too soon to tell how it lasts.

Replaced original jack. Easy to install and works great! Faster up/down than the original tongue jack.

This product was a replacement and decided on more power. Works well and was easy to install.

I would have liked a longer electrical wire. Why? Because my RV battery is inside of my RV and so I had to purchase more 10 gauge wire and add a clip on it. Otherwise, I've very happy with the ease of the install.

This jack has been great and hasn't failed me. I have a few trailers and this jack is on all of them. No issue with any of them and the oldest one is almost 2 years strong.

As many have said control on top of the Lippert smart jack was gone from the sun. Since we were replacing it went up a size to 4500 lbs. Very easy to instal( bolted right on and wired up in no time). smooth up and down on our Lance 2465. Only on thing I would change is our smart jack had a 7" foot pad. much larger than one on Jet-4500. Gives me project to grind off pads and weld the larger one on.

Works great, easily installed. Seems to lift and drop the trailer at an acceptable speed.

I’ve just installed this tongue jack a wk or two ago. it a little overkill (rated to 4,500 lbs) but, so far, it’s working great on my 3 horse bumper pull trailer. It raises / lowers relatively quickly, the led lights are brighter than my previous electric jack and it’s pretty quiet what’s not to like?

Great jack, and finally the correct one to use with my weight distribution system (the bars instead of the bars and chains system) which requires lifting the rear of the truck as well as the trailer to hitch up and unhitch. The downside was that after the second trip I discovered the head of the jack was wobbling as I was lowering the jack. It stopped when I started to lift the trailer, but I thought I'd better look at it closer before I lifted it more. Retreated the jack and then took off the plastic cover (four screws, three pieces) to reveal the motor and transmission underneath. ALL FOUR ALLEN BOLTS CONNECTING THE MOTOR TO THE TRANSMISSION WERE LOOSE. Not just loose...backed about halfway out. I don't know how this could happen unless whoever put this together forgot to tighten (or torque) them. I didn't have the right wrench at the campsite so I tighted them best I could by hand and it worked for the trip. Once I got home I removed all four and put locktite on them, and then tightened them with the proper allen wrench (it was metric).

I'm very happy with this jack. It is not slow like some I've seen and it just works well. Has a large foot and for my type of distribution hitch I use, its made it very easy to put that on and off because it requires lowering and raising the jack twice each way to get it set. I also am able to open my tailgate and not hit the jack. So overall this was exactly what I wanted.
